Insight AI processes your telemetry solely to deliver analysis back to you. Your data is isolated per account and is never used to train models shared across customers.

We share data only with sub-processors necessary to run the Services (e.g. payment and infrastructure providers), under contract, or where required by law. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

5. Data residency & security

You may choose EU or US regions for your workloads. We protect data in transit and at rest with industry-standard encryption and access controls. Enterprise plans include a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

6. Retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, then delete or anonymize it in line with our retention schedule and legal obligations.
