These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VeloNodes platform and website (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your API keys, and all activity under them. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to send unlawful or unsolicited bulk email, host malicious content, disrupt others' use of the platform, or violate applicable law. We may suspend workloads that threaten the platform's integrity.

3. Billing

• Per-employee plans are billed monthly or annually based on your licensed employee count.
• Usage-based plans are billed monthly for metered consumption above included free allowances.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated.

4. Service levels

Paid plans are covered by our Service Level Agreement, including a 99.99% uptime target on eligible Business and Enterprise plans. Credits are your sole remedy for missed targets.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the data and content you run on the Services. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Services on your behalf.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
